This page explains what personal data vektar collects through this website and how it is handled. We keep data collection to a minimum.

What we collect
When you request a quote or a demo, we collect the email address you enter and, if you use the address field, the building address you look up. We use these only to prepare your quote preview and to reply to you. We also collect standard, aggregated usage statistics (via Vercel Speed Insights) to understand how the site performs — this is cookieless and does not identify you personally.
Where your data is processed
Your data is stored and processed on servers in the European Union. A small number of service providers help us run vektar: Convex (database), Vercel (hosting and performance analytics), Clerk (sign-in for the app), Anthropic (AI processing of your request) and Resend (email delivery). Address and map data comes from the official Swiss federal geodata services (swisstopo / geo.admin.ch).
Cookies
This website uses only the essential cookies it needs to work. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you and request that it be corrected or deleted. Just get in touch.
